City Hotel Lonestar offers comfortable, compact rooms with free LAN internet access (WiFi router available at the reception) and free coffee/tea and ice all day. Friendly staff with limited spoken English. The hotel has great subway connections - close to Shinjuku 3-Chome Station (Exit C8) and a 10-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station. This hotel is often full, so book well in advance!

Located near a music store - look for a small white sign at the top of the lane that leads to the hotel.

We really like the Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku. Although not the closest budget hotel to the main gay scene, it is not very far.
